A global understanding of Design as a combination of an artistic taste, compliance with modern visual trends and innovations in the manufacturing process at all stages, including formulations, technologies, materials and special software for the development of the branded products.
The tyres embody the art of the wise use of consumer's money not only at the time of purchase, but also during the whole service life of the branded tyres.
Pull up in time
In winter it is very important to pull up in time on all types of winter roads.
Due to sophisticated tread pattern the 'Rubber Z-stud' is designed in such a way that while running additional sharp edges are formed, the 'stud' cuts into rolled snow and guarantees additional gripping and safety. Maximum gripping. Due to unique technology Zeasnate and optimal concentration of rubber 'Z-studs' located in different parts of tread pattern maximum gripping and stability at driving on winter road are guaranteed. Improved gripping with wet road and protection from aquaplaning. Optimal inclination of wide grooves ensures quick expel of water and sleet from contact area. High density of small cross grooves creates multiple additional edges which cut water layer.
How to avoid skidding
In winter it is very important to control car handling and keep tracking.
Improved stability and gripping on rolled snow and ice due to toothed steps on edge lugs. Lateral stability on rolled snow is ensured by aggressive lugs without rounding. Additional lateral gripping at turnings due to bias cross grooves with optimal inclination.
It is known that winter tyres are much more noisy than summer ones.
In order to achieve maximum comfort, vibration of tread pattern elements is reduced due to bevel sharp angle. Low noise level. Interspacing of different size blocks inclined in the direction of rib movement reduces resonant effects and noise. How to extend service life of the tyre? Unique structural features enable to extend service life of the tyre. Lateral grooves ensure efficient heat removing increasing tyre life. Optimized contact area results in uniform wearing ensuring higher mileage and lower rolling resistance.
The European Union has introduced the EU Tyre Label by Regulation (No. 1222/2009) identically and bindingly for all EU member states. It applies to passenger car tyres, light commercial vehicle tyres and heavy commercial vehicle tyres produced after 01.07.2012.
Three different areas are tested: rolling resistance, wet grip and the rolling noise the tyre makes on the road.
The following are not affected by the EU Tyre Label: retreaded tyres, professional off-road tyres, racing tyres, tyres with additional devices to improve traction such as spiked tyres, T-type emergency tyres, special tyres for fitting to vehicles first registered before 1 October 1990, tyres with a maximum authorised speed of 80 km/h, tyres for rims with a nominal diameter of 254 mm or less or 635 mm or more.
With this regulation, the European Union is pursuing the goal of promoting economic and ecological efficiency in road traffic as well as increasing road safety on the one hand, and on the other hand, granting consumers more product transparency and at the same time serving as an active decision-making aid.
Already during the incorporation, experts criticise the fact that the EU Tyre Label unfortunately only shows a few product characteristics. Apart from rolling resistance, wet grip and rolling noise, which are the main focus of EU tyre labelling, tyres have much more important and safety-relevant product characteristics, such as aquaplaning properties, driving stability, service life, braking properties on dry and wet roads, behaviour in wintry conditions, etc.
Tyre manufacturers point out that test results from various institutions and journals remain an important information medium for the end consumer. These tests usually focus on further safety-relevant product characteristics besides the EU standard qualifications for tyre labelling, which are always important for the final customer.
