Good grip, solid performance on rough country roads, and smooth enough on A roads, balanced breaking and no vehicle shudder
05.02.2025 from Dean
I've done around 8500 miles so far in mostly poor weather , very good grip in all winter conditions and mild conditions. Good all rounder.
28.05.2024 from Marcis
Good grip on wet and dry roads. Reasonable grip on snow and icy roads. Noisy on dry roads. Fuel consumption has increased. All in all decent tyres.
07.04.2024 from Harry
Incredibly capable tyre for all conditions, but my experience on the roads in West Yorkshire will probably dictate that I don't purchase these tyres again as they are too soft on the sidewall, they do need some sort of protective band. The roads a terrible around Haworth for potholes, and in this case I could not dodge one and it has ripped the sidewall and damaged the rim, rendering the tyre scrap.

Kumho tyres always seem very good in all areas & at a fair price. We went for the All Season Solus as my partner is a care worker & out in literally all conditions.

Second time I have bought these tyres. Just changed car and it has bigger wheels but will buy again if they come in right size

09.09.2026 from LEE
After using Michelin tires for the past 20 years model PS4, ENGERY SAVER, the cross climates on this vito crew sport, the tire life has being shocking, 8,000 miles and there so expensive 1k a set, so decided to give the Goodyear's ago, I'm was shocked at how well these are performing, the ride is so much better, the Michelins have straight side walls, which ride very hard, you feel every bump..... Goodyear's ride comfort, life and grip has been amazing I've done 17,000 miles and there is still life on the rear tires, id say there will do 22,000, and an set of these is 600 quid.... see you later Michelin, all my vans and cars are going Goodyears.....
08.06.2026 from J Amin
This is the second time I have bought a full set of these tyres. I mostly drive on motorways, country roads and off road. My fuel efficiency went up when I put on my first set. The ride is more comfortable and the grip is excellent in dry and wet weather. They have performed well on snow. Despite being all weather the rate of wear is very good. I would definitely buy them again.
18.09.2024 from Ersan
My tyre size was 205 55 16 but not in the list! Unbelieveble in wet surface but average on dry breaking. Good aquaplanning and snow traction. Good comfort but average noise.
06.03.2024 from Viktor
Tires keep the vehicle nicely on the road, no traction problems. On ice British roads they perform great no problems stopping or going.

27.05.2023 from Dick E
Long distance motorway driving mainly. No excessive speed, braking or other maneuvering. Little recent experience of real winter conditions.
30.03.2020 from Daniel
Perfect tyres for this country, I am not worrying about winters and raining summer, tyres working superb all season. Quiet and comfortable
18.01.2019 from Maz
Initially not that impressed but after an adjustment period/ bedding in found the tyre to be very consistent in almost all conditions. Only slightly let down in tight roundabout wet conditions (has a tendency to go into very slight understeer) but not always. Tyre performance seems very sensitive to maintaining the correct/ recommended tyre pressures. In recent days the temperature has dropped to just about freezing where these tyres have really started to show their winter biased abilities. Great grip and response ind dry and cold wet conditions. One worthy point to add to potential purchasers is that I thought I had purchased the "seal inside" version but had not. This stock of old and new by tyre suppliers is frustrating. Other than that I would recommend the tyre for the sensible non sporty driver.

Feels solid and well placed on road, grip good no snow yet to assess but good in wet.
01.06.2022 from RJ and T
Initially nervous about changing brand from the fitted ones but needn't have worried. As with other cars we have used these on it is a huge improvement and we would buy the same again.
27.03.2021 from Michael Chapman
Probably the best tyres I have used. Comfortable and safe handling in all weather conditions here in Scotland hot summer, wet semi flooded and deep snow during the time owned. The best feature of these tyres on my vehicle is the feeling of safety and confidence with the Crossclimate + fitted

When I bought the car in September last year it had recently been fitted with Kumho Ecsta PS71. These were quite skippy on the wet roads despite being marketed as a good performer in wet conditions. Since fitting the CrossClimate 2's I have had far better grip in the wet and winter conditions. We have had loads of rain, flooded roads then ice and then a week of snow. These tyres give confidence in these conditions and help improve the safety of your drive in those conditions. Will buy again.

17.04.2023 from CNicol
When I bought my BMW 3 series I had off brand summer tyres on it. I bought Michelin Crossclimate 2 tyres for it and noticed the difference in the handling on dry roads immediately. The car was much firmer and secure on the road when driving at speed. When driving in the torrential wet I found these tyres to struggle a bit but general rain fall they are fine. Took a year and a half before I got serious snow to test them in. I had to drive home 30 miles on rural roads at 5am with no snow tracks to help and to make things harder I was in a rear wheel BMW. These tyres handle it perfectly, they are incredible in snow. Finally, I am a year and a half/ 10000 miles into them and they easy have another 7K/8K worth of miles in them. 5 stars all round, I'm buying them again no question.
24.04.2022 from Len
Grip on wet roads is excellent. No snow since purchase, so can only estimate it as very good. Comfortable ride, but slightly noisier than a regular tyre. Car handles very well on the Crossclimates.

The Firestone all-season tyres have the European labelling required to journey all year round and, if you live in areas where the climate is not particularly rigid, they are an excellent solution. These tyres are characterised by the use of an innovative technology that allows better water drainage. Moreover, they offer a 20% lower braking distance compared to other tyres, even in wet conditions.

These all-season products prices are highly competitive and, at an appropriate expense, allow a very good set to be fitted. The main model is the Multiseason, available in different sizes and for various types of vehicles. With these all-season tires you can drive all year round, always being in good standing and without sacrificing safety and performance.

The tyres also feature state-of-the-art Run Flat technology, which allows it to continue driving despite the damage should the tyre become airborne or completely depressurised.

One of the leading rubber manufacturers in the world, Firestone Tire & Rubber Company was founded in Ohio in the United States in 1900. Henry Ford himself relied on Firestone for their cars. Since then, motorsport has been part of the company's philosophy. To allow pleasant handling of Firestone all-season tyres, even at high speeds, some insights from motorsport involvement have also been transferred to the development of these high-quality tyres.

Today it is part of the Japanese group Bridgestone that defined its mission: ""to serve society with superior quality"".

The acquisition of new sophisticated technologies and the overwhelming commercial force of Bridgestone allowed the relaunch of the Firestone brand, achieving great success as the group's economic range.

Buying these Firestone tyres is a practical choice that saves you money and the time it takes to change them twice a year. Besides being practical, it is also a winning choice because it is a product of excellent quality.
