In snow they are very bad even they look almost like a winter tire. I have tested other all season tires on a similar car and it is a huge difference.... I was questioning my AWD but eventually it is from the tires

We have 5 Discoveries, a TD4, 2 TD5's and 2 TDV6's. The best tyre on the older ones is the original fitment Michelin. The Goodyear tyres, even with care were wearing out after 30,000km. We have looked at Kumho and Vredstein, and are trying the Kumho ones at present. Quiet, economical and excellent Winter grip.
